Mount Barker South Shopping Centre

Moto are engaged to assist our client with the delivery of site infrastructure and earthworks in readiness to handover to the successful builder to build a new shopping centre in Mount Barker.

The shopping centre includes a new Woolworths Supermarket, BWS and six small retail tenancies strategically located within the expanding Mount Barker district.

Moto’s scope of services includes Project Management, Procurement Advice, Contract Superintendency and Tenancy Co-ordination.
