Gracewood Development

Moto has been engaged by a local intergenerational grain producing family, Konzag Grains, for the development of 335 allotments within a fully master planned estate comprising, extensive reserves, stormwater management and open spaces.

The estate is planned to be complete within 7 years and will double the size of Mallala’s population and will be delivered by National development company Wel.Co.

Moto’s scope of services included Project Management of the Master Plan phase, project sale to Wel.Co and on-going Development Management advisory services throughout the construction stages.
