Coles Victor Harbor

Moto was engaged for the delivery of the redevelopment of a 7ha vacant site at Victor Harbor, from concept to completion. The works occurred over four stages, inclusive of site infrastructure and road works.

The various stages encompassed new Coles Supermarket, Bunnings Warehouse and a separate specialty retail building, large civil and stormwater works package and a main road widening and upgrade works.

Moto’s scope of services included Project Management and Contract Superintendency services.
