Rachael Oliver-Dearman

Rachael has experience leading a variety of projects, from small office reconfigurations to large multi-storey building fit outs, both in local and remote settings.

Her leadership experience in Project and Facilities Management provides a unique perspective on the requirements of office accommodation, from concept design through to implementation and staff relocation.

Additional skills include the engagement and management of multidisciplinary teams, value management and stakeholder representation.

Rachael’s tertiary qualifications include certificate IV in Business Frontline Management and certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
