  • Adelaide Central Market Façade and Market Tower

    Moto Projects are undertaking the role of Project Superintendent Consultancy to oversee the project delivery of the heritage conservation works to the Adelaide Central Market Façade and Market Tower, a thriving hub of food and culture for over 149 years with over 70 traders under one roof.

    The works will be undertaken by Heritage Stone Restorations. Stage 1 of the project involves the heritage repair, restoration and conservation of the Adelaide Central Market Grote Street Façade and Market tower. 

  • Seventh Avenue Activity Centre

    Moto Projects is undertaking the role of Project Manager, Tenancy Coordinator and Superintendent for the construction of a new Shopping Centre and main street activity centre at Flagstaff Hill. The project is in planning phase and scheduled to commence in mid-2017.

  • Woolworths Supermarket and Specialty Shops

    Client: Fabcot Pty Ltd

    Value: $16M

    Moto Projects personnel successfully completed the role of Project Manager, Tenancy Coordinator/Fitout, and Superintendent. The redevelopment consisted of a complete redevelopment of a vacant site with approximately 8,000sqm of new shopping centre, over 12 new tenancies, and around 250 underground car park spaces.

  • Broken Hill Village Shopping Centre

    Value: $24.5M

    Moto Projects undertook the role of Project Manager, Tenancy Coordinator and Superintendent. The project consists of a one level shopping centre development of approximately 12,000sqm including a new Coles, Target and Cheap As Chips (large format stores), 13 new speciality tenancies, and around 580 new at-grade car park spaces. The project is complete

  • Dan Murphy Mt Barker

    Client: Fabcot Pty Ltd (Woolworths Ltd)

    Moto Project provided project management and superintendent services for the tendering and construction phases of a New Dan Murphy’s outlet and associated car-parking in Mt Barker. The new outlet was constructed to replace an existing and aged BWS, that has been demolished as part of the works. The existing BWS store, remained trading for all but the last few weeks of the construction phase.

  • West Retail

    Moto Projects is managing the development of a new town centre precinct at West Lakes as part of Commercial & General’s WEST land development project (AAMI Stadium). The precinct will include a new neighbourhood shopping centre, with Supermarket, new food and beverage and other retail specialty tenancies, Gym, some community facilities and basement and at grade car-parking.

  • Burnside Village – Stage 4B

    Client: Burnisde Village Pty Ltd

    Contract 1 - On Client instruction, Moto Projects arranged the removal of a 20m high (approx.) river red gum located within the operating Burnside Village shopping centre.  Moto Projects made the required arrangements with suitably qualified/experienced Arborists and a Structural Engineer (to assess permissible floor loads for tracking of Arborist plant and equipment).  The gum tree was safely removed over a period of two nights.                                                                  

    Contract 2 - Moto Projects completed project management tasks with key project stakeholders to enclose the opening between the main roof and high-level roof of Burnside Village - Stage 3 (completed in 2011) with a multi-faceted three stage fixed louvre system and structural steel framework to stop rainwater ingress to tenancies and clientele below.

  • Victor Harbor Coles Redevelopment

    Moto Projects has managed the preparation and submission of the concept design and planning application for the development of a parcel of land at Victor Harbor, including a new Coles Supermarket, Bunnings Warehouse and a separate allied health building.

  • Norwood Village Shopping Centre

    Moto Projects is undertook the role of Project Manager, Tenancy Coordinator and Superintendent for the redevelopment of Norwood Village Shopping Centre on The Parade at Norwood. Moto Projects have assisted with developing feasibility and planning consent documentation, and once approved will continue as the Project Superintendent during the construction.
