Moto Projects have been appointed as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the building upgrade works.
The works include a refurbishment and upgrade of the foyer, ground floor retail tenancies and the addition of an End of Trip facility. All works will be completed whilst maintaining full operational access to the building and minimising disruption to the business activities of the tenants.

Moto Projects personnel worked as Project Manager on the proposed redevelopment of an existing building and associated site at 2 Second Avenue, Mawson Lakes for Renewal SA, and in conjunction with the tenant Codan. The project is complete and comprised refurbishment and fitout of existing buildings, construction of new buildings and associated driveway and car parks.

Moto Projects continues to act as Project Manager/Superintendent for the project which is curretly in Defects Liability. The project involved the internal refurbishment of twelve (12) storeys (approximately 24,000 square metres) of existing tenancy space including all six (6) lifts to achieve a minimum NABERS 4.5 star rating. The project required refurbishment of architectural/interior finishes, building services upgrades including Building Management System and Fire Indicator Panel, End of Trip facilities, and minor structural works.

Marsh & McLennan Companies (MMC) relocated from its office at 108 North Terrace, Adelaide into new offices on Level 6, 70 Franklin Street, Adelaide. The new office comprised 1,125sqm of lettable area in a newly constructed Green Star rated building to house 82 MMC staff. The project included the design and construction of the new fit out, as well as relocation from and make good to the existing office space.

Project Management of the upgrade of existing premises to meet a more contemporary look, including management of of architectural and engineering services, as well as management of construction delivery.

Project Management for the relocation of a medical practice to new premises in the Mark Oliphant building. Moto managed spponsor, client and landlord expectations to successfully reloacte their client, inclusing all engineering, architectural and ancillary services.

Moto Projects were engaged as the Collaborative Relationship Manager By DPTI. Moto assisted the client in Managing the collaborative team and contracting environments through facilitation of alignment workshops at various stages of the project and ongoing mentoring of the project team throughout the delivery of the project. The project was delivered without dispute, on time, under budget and defect free.

One of our personnel acted as project delivery manager during the planning, design and delivery of a state of the art education and training facility supporting ASC's delivery of the Royal Austalian Navy's next generation $8 billion Air Warfare Destroyers and attract future naval shipbuilding and repair opportunities to the State. The role required the coordination with ASC and Air Warfare Destroyer stakeholders to ensure the facility would meet functional requirements.

One of our personnel acted as project director during the master-planning and tendering phase of this significant Adelaide fringe commercial project. The first of 3 stages of works was completed in September 2011. The project includes 3 commercial office buildings of approximately 11000m2, a multi-deck car park, stormwater detention facilities as well as other supporting facilities, including a café. The project was designed to achieve a 5 Star Green star rating.
